Our production runs under HACCP CODEX certification (TCVN 5603:2023).

Raw material warehouse
Raw cashew nuts from Vietnam, Ivory Coast, Cambodia, Ghana and Nigeria are stored on pallets before processing.

Processing line
Kernels run through our stainless steel processing line in a clean, air-conditioned room.

Grading and sorting
Kernels are graded by size and colour to AFI standards or to the specification agreed with each buyer.

Vacuum packing and weight check
Kernels are vacuum-sealed, two tins per carton, and weight-checked on the scale before sealing.
05
Cartons ready for export
Cartons of 11.34 kg or 22.68 kg net are labelled and loaded at Ho Chi Minh Port.
